1. About these terms
This store is operated by RESPECT GLOBAL DIGITAL INC, 1065 Canadian Place, Suite 201 #335, Mississauga, ON L4W 0C2, Canada. By using the store you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to order from us. Orders are for personal or household use; contact us before reselling our products commercially.
3. Products and descriptions
We describe every product as accurately as we can, including materials, dimensions and care instructions. Photographs are representative — natural materials such as stoneware, linen, seagrass and terracotta vary slightly in tone and texture between pieces, and screen calibration affects perceived color. This variation is not a defect.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, we suspect fraud, or the delivery address is outside our shipping area. If we cancel, any authorization or charge is released or refunded in full.
5. Pricing and taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when your order is accepted is the price you pay. If a pricing error is obvious and material, we will contact you before shipping rather than fulfil at the wrong price.
6. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards and supported digital wallets. Your card is authorized at checkout and captured on shipment. See our Payment & Billing Info page for details on authorizations, currency and failed payments.
7. Shipping, risk and title
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to your address; title passes when we receive payment in full. Our Shipping & Delivery Policy explains rates, timings and lost-parcel handling.
8. Returns
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery under our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Promotional codes
Promotional codes are non-transferable, hold no cash value, apply only to eligible items, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time. Codes obtained through fraud or automated abuse are void.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the store's operation, scrape or copy our content for commercial use, submit false reviews, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another customer's account. All site content, text, photography and branding is owned by RESPECT GLOBAL DIGITAL INC or its licensors.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RESPECT GLOBAL DIGITAL INC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumer rights under applicable provincial or federal law are unaffected.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, and disputes will be heard in the courts located in Ontario. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at respect.usa007@gmail.com — most issues are resolved within a few days.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order. Material changes will be reflected in the update date above.
